All counselling sessions last for 1 hour.
How much does each counselling session cost?
Each counselling session costs £55. We can accept cash or card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Maestro)
Where about's are you?
We have two practices.
Our Leeds practice is in Leeds City Centre (LS1) on Whitehall road.
Our York office is on the outskirts of York at Stamford Bridge.

Is there parking?
There is pay an display parking just outside our Leeds practice and free onsite parking at our York practice.
How often do I come to counselling?
All clients are seen once a week. Usually this is at the same time and location.
How quickly can I get a counselling appointment?
All appointments are guaranteed within one week of booking with some same day counselling appointments currently available.
What times can I get a counselling appointment?
We offer a wide range of appointment times including evenings and weekends to fit around your needs and commitments.
What about rescheduling my counselling appointment?
Your counselling appointment will be at the same time and day of each week. If you need to reschedule your appointment for any reason we require 24 hours notice otherwise you will be charged the cost of the counselling session.
