Terms and Conditions for Using Gift Vouchers

Payment by Gift Voucher

Gift Vouchers may be used to purchase treatments of a higher price than the amount of the Gift Voucher, on payment of the difference in cash in person or by PayPal before your treatment.

Gift Voucher Validity

Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the day of purchase. Any Gift Voucher will automatically be cancelled on expiry of the validity period. Please check the expiry date when purchasing.

Gift Messages

When ordering Gift Vouchers by PayPal, the Gift Voucher Message service is for your own personal and non-commercial use. You agree that any sent by us on your behalf to a third party will not contain anything which could be construed as harassing, threatening, vulgar, abusive, obscene, defamatory, racist, or which may cause embarrassment or distress to any person or are otherwise unlawful or objectionable. You also agree that you will not impersonate any person, including but not limited to any of our employees or customers. You are entirely responsible for any text you send in your Gift Voucher and I accept no liability for any such content.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Gift Vouchers

Please treat Gift Vouchers with care. I will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers. When posting to difficult postal code areas where there is a history of items going missing in the post then I will send your Gift Vouchers Recorded Delivery at no extra cost so I can track them. Please ensure someone is in to sign for them.

Gift Voucher Restrictions

Gift Vouchers cannot be used online, and can only be used in person on payment of a treatment. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used to pay for any other services. Gift Vouchers can only be returned or refunded in accordance with your legal rights.

FREE Postage Offer

When ordering Gift Vouchers by PayPal the ‘FREE postage’ offer only applies when ordering amounts over £100. Due to the denominations of the vouchers the minimum spend to receive free delivery is £120. Free delivery is by Royal Mail 1st Class Standard postage service. I don’t offer Next Day delivery services.
