My terms of use aim to make your experience with me hassle-free and enjoyable

I will personally endeavour to reply to your emails within 48 hours, however please allow for busy periods. If I haven’t replied to your email within this time it’s highly likely I am very busy, in which case it would be better for you to call me. I find it’s quicker to deal with your requirements over the phone, especially if you would like me to effectively deliver a project to a tight deadline.

I find it essential to provide you with a FREE initial consultation, as I welcome making sure that you’re completely happy before I start work on any course of treatment or project. This means we can have a friendly chat about what you need, and if I think I will be able to help then I can let you know straight away. In the rare event I can’t deal with your requirements I’ll be honest with you, and ideally refer you to someone who can help.

Payment terms are a 50% deposit by PayPal (non-refundable) and the outstanding amount in cash (no cheques) on arrival for one-off treatments, projects or events. For regular weekly or monthly treatments I welcome using a standing order which helps everyone plan and budget effectively. This protects me against timewasters who book a treatment and then cancel, usually at the last minute. If you cancel on me twice in a row, I will refuse to treat you in the future. I think this sort of behaviour is completely inappropriate, and although I’m a very relaxed person I won’t be messed about by a small minority of people. For those trusted and nice regular customers you have the option of not paying a deposit for your treatments.

Cancellation policy: A 24 hour cancellation notice is required by calling me on my mobile number, otherwise the full fee may be incurred.

It might seem unnecessary to emphasise, but this is a non-sexual service. I specialise in forms of massage that generally involve the client being fully clothed at all times. For Swedish massage the client has to leave their underwear on and is nearly always fully draped in fluffy cotton towels. Any inappropriate sexual behaviour by the client will result in them being asked to leave, their phone numbers being blocked on my mobile, and potentially being reported to the police for lewd and threatening behaviour. If you have this in mind then please go elsewhere.
