My privacy policy is carefully considered to protect both your interests as well as the business information and image of my company. I consider privacy in the wider sense to also include protecting your privacy against credit card fraud and my physical safety.
I would like to reassure you that all your personal details and business information is secure, using the same level of 256-bit encryption that banks use, and is stored in a secure private digital vault that is password protected. Also, any paper documents are stored securely at all times, which means that I ensure all your details are safe in my hands.
We also suggest that you use PayPal to make payments when booking treatments, especially with your first transaction with me. This provides you with a secure method to make an instant payment which allows me to start work on your project as quickly as possible. And also gives you peace of mind knowing that your card details are stored securely. It might sound obvious, but I seriously do not suggest that you email me with your card details (it has happened, I kid you not!) as this is not a secure way to make a payment.
Any information divulged during a treatment will be strictly confidential and not discussed with anyone. Your treatment is strictly a private experience and it is essential for you to be able to rely on me not breaching your trust. You need to feel relaxed on all levels to get the most from your treatment, so I feel it is important to emphasise you can rely on full confidentiality at all times.
